      <title>Not So Twisted</title><link>http://www.aziacity.com/bk/what_s_on/nightlife/not_so_twisted</link>
      <description>
&lt;p&gt;
The latest word about the soon-to-be-opened nightclub on Sukhumvit 11, Twisted, is that the club will soon “proudly present” its interactive bar. Sound familiar? We just told you last issue that Escudo is doing the same interactive bar thing. So apparently, we will have two interactive bars just a few BTS stops away from each other. Twisted is scheduled to launch on Oct 11 with a grand opening party scheduled for the next day. We’ll keep you posted.

      <title>Gay Fantasia</title><link>http://www.aziacity.com/bk/what_s_on/nightlife/gay_fantasia</link>
      <description>
&lt;p&gt;
When gCircuit.com launched a few months ago, during Songkran, and threw a two-night party, it was hugely successful, in part because it received a lot of support from Fridae.com. We were all promised that there would be another party soon, and finally it’s coming. Rumor has it that it will be called Fantasia and it will be another two-day event scheduled for Oct 19-20. It begins with Sparkle, with guidance from DJ Victor Cheng from Taiwan. Then you can cross-dress for the Midsummer’s Dream, the first Halloween Circuit Party. Lose yourself in the celestial sounds of DJ Tye as you dance yourself into ethereal splendor... does that sound gay enough? Once they have confirmed the place and price, we’ll let you know.

Dudesweet presents Dudesweet for Tiger Translate (you can guess who the main sponsor is) featuring Ladytron’s Reuben Wu and live music from Cyndi Seui, Yokee Playboy, Karen K and Momoko (former member of Futon). The party takes place on Sep 7, admission is B350 (1 drink). The venue reportedly is Astra (Royal City Avenue, Rama 9 Rd., if you still remember it), which officially closed, but is open for private parties. A treat for all of you who are still losing sleep over it.
